Amy Allen is a young songwriter and artist originally from Maine, who is now based in Los Angeles. After graduating from the Berklee College of Music, Amy started a band which toured with the likes of Kacey Musgraves. In 2016, she started focusing on writing songs for others and took a hiatus from the band.
Within a year, Amy had her first major placement with Selena Gomez's single "Back To You," which went Platinum and reached top five status on Top 40 radio. Amy's songwriting momentum continued with Halsey's #1 single "Without Me" which topped the Billboard Hot 100 for multiple weeks and had a record-breaking reign on Top 40 radio, beating a streak previously set by Adele. Amy also wrote a Harry Styles single, an additional Halsey single, and has songs for Camila Cabello and Niall Horan on the horizon.
And now, Amy is returning her focus to her career as an artist and her first-ever solo project. She has been busy in the studio with the likes of fellow songwriters Ian Fitchuk (Kacey Musgraves); Kid Harpoon (Harry Styles); Jon Bellion; Eg White (Adele); and Two Inch Punch (Sam Smith).
