Credential Pick-Up
Please see the Elevation Beaver Creek Credential Desk at the Ritz-Carlton Buffalos Terrace right off the lobby to get your credentials and meet your concierge for the event. If you miss this window, please see the Credential Desk at the entrance of the Welcome Reception event at The Park Lawn. Note: If driving, it’s easiest to park in the Public Parking Garage across from The Vilar Performing Arts Center and take the 3 sets of escalators starting at the Vilar up to The Park Lawn.

Welcome to Elevation Beaver Creek 2023!
Featuring exquisite appetizers with access to boutique wines and a Suerte signature cocktail, accompanied by live artist performances from John Hollier, Shelby Darrall, Ryan Larkins, Coffey Anderson, and Brian Kelley, this will be an unforgettable welcome experience.
The Park Lawn
Beaver Creek Village, Centennial Station
Transportation: The Ritz guests can take Village Connect from their hotel to the Centennial Station drop off with a group pick up at 3:45PM. If driving to the Welcome Reception, it’s easiest to park in the Public Parking Garage directly across from The Vilar Performing Arts Center, and take the 3 sets of escalators starting at the Vilar up to the Park Lawn.
7:30 PM - 10:00 PM:
Cakebread Cellars Vintner Dinner
Top off the night with intimate music, delicious food and wine from the celebrated vintners of Cakebread Cellars and a private musical performance right at the dinner table by Shelby Darrall and Coffey Anderson.
Grouse Mountain Grill
Transportation: Please use the Village Connect Shuttle provided with pick up at the Centennial Station (turn left when exiting the lawn) following the conclusion of the Welcome Reception. Please find your concierge holding your group color sign (YELLOW) that will direct you to your shuttle. Shuttle will return you to your hotel. Note: If driving, please let your group concierge know you will be driving.
MONDAY, OCTOBER 2
11:30 AM - 3:00 PM:
Scenic Peak Luncheon
An afternoon of highly-anticipated live music from Liddy Clark, Angel White, Echosmith, Ghost Hounds, and Michael Franti, hosted at the iconic Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater. Guests will enjoy delectable bites, cocktails, and exquisite wine pours from Cakebread Cellars, Trefethen Family Vineyards, Robert Mondavi Winery, and Rutherford Ranch Winery.

Transportation: Please use the Shuttle provided with pick up at your hotel at 11AM. Please find your HOTEL Specific shuttle following the conclusion of the event. They will return you to your hotel. If driving, there is public parking, but please let your concierge know you are driving.
4:00 PM - 6:00 PM:
Cakebread Cooking Class
Enjoy a one-of-a-kind private cooking demo only for Cakebread Club Members with Cakebread Chef Brian Streeter and Vice President Misty Roudebush Cain. Take in an afternoon of delicious cooking, food and Cakebread wines before heading to the Vilar for a night of concerts on the Main Stage.

Transportation: Your group will be using Village Connect for transportation to this event with pick up at 3:45pm, as well as to The Vilar following the event for the evening concerts. Group concierge will assist in arranging.
7:30 PM - 11:00 PM:
Vilar Black Diamond Stage
The evening concert will feature must-see live performances by Jonathan Terrell, Josh Ross, Tigirlily Gold, The War and Treaty, and Billy Currington for a magical night of music at the classic Vilar Performing Arts Center, with food available to purchase and a no-host bar. This is a ticketed venue. Please see your concierge for tickets.

Vilar Performing Arts Center
Transportation: Guests will take Village Connect to and from the Vilar. If driving to the concert there is parking directly across from The Vilar. This is a ticketed venue. Please don’t forget your ticket.
TUESDAY, OCTOBER 3
4:00 PM - 7:00 PM:
Sunset Cookout
What an incredible way to wrap up a memorable event! It's a Cowboy BBQ Cookout at the stunning 4 Eagle Ranch, with performances by Drew Baldridge, Stephanie Quayle and Wyatt Flores. Additionally, in a special segment, Grammy-winning and acclaimed artists Mandy Barnett and Emily West, and Grammy-nominated, multi-award-winning bluegrass legends Rob Ickes and Trey Hensley will debut their tracks from the A Tribute To The Judds album. Enjoy scenic sunset views on the ranch, bonfires, exquisite wines, and Suerte cocktails.
