You will be welcomed by owner Michelle Whetstone at their historic 1800’s Chateau at the base of Atlas Peak surrounded by Ancient Oak Trees. You will enjoy a seasonal curated lunch paired alongside the Whetstone Wines. To complete this unforgettable experience you will be treated to an intimate acoustic performance from Morgan Myles.

Welcome Reception

Welcome to Live In The Vineyard Goes Country 2025! The Welcome Reception will feature exquisite wines along with delectable light appetizers and incredible musical performances by Greylan James, Adam Doleac, Caroline Jones and Brett Young.

Location: Private Estate

PLEASE NOTE: This event will take place at a private location approximately 20 miles from The Westin Verasa. To maintain the privacy and integrity of the experience, all guests are required to take a designated shuttle from The Westin or assigned pick up location to the event site.

There will be no parking available at the event location. Any guests who attempt to drive directly to the venue, including rideshare & private drivers, will be turned away at the gate. Shuttle transportation is mandatory for all attendees.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us provide a seamless and exclusive experience.

Transportation: 3:45 PM Shuttle Pick Up at the Andaz Napa and will pick up at 7:00 PM to take you to your dinner following the Welcome Reception.

Our midday country tailgate event will feature electric performances by country stars Owen Riegling, Kashus Culpepper, Thelma & James, Laci Kaye Booth and Ashley Cooke along with exquisite wine pours from Louis M. Martini Winery and tasty afternoon bites.

4:30 PM - 7:00 PM:

SignatureFD Reception

Enjoy a one-of-a-kind food, wine and hospitality experience with vintners Jeff and Joey at Gentleman Famer Winery. They will share a slice of their wine-country lifestyle preparing a special menu of appetizers with inspiration of family recipes in their open kitchen Craftsman Bungalow along with a selection of their wines. This will be a reception style event to enjoy before heading over to the Uptown Theatre for the Mainstage performances.

If you choose to attend the optional late-night event, you are welcome to take any Westin shuttle there. For your return, you may head back to your hotel at your leisure, as transportation will be on your own.

Send Off Brunch

A morning of music, food, and wine hosted at The Overlook outside The Cave at Shadybrook Estate, featuring wonderful musical performances by Alexandra Kay, Harper Grace, Stella Prince, and Allie Colleen to finish off an unforgettable week at Live In The Vineyard Goes Country! Guests will also enjoy a special conversation that will feature Linda Perry and Alisha Ballard of EqualizeHer, alongside Leslie Fram of FEMcountry.
