Credential Pick-Up (Archer Hotel)
Please see the LITVGC Credential Desk at the Archer hotel to get your credentials. Your group will ride the shared shuttle to all the main events leaving from the Archer. If you miss this window, please see the Credential Desk at the entrance of the Welcome Reception event.
4:30 PM - 7:00 PM:
Welcome Reception
Welcome to Live In The Vineyard Goes Country 2025! The Welcome Reception will feature exquisite wines along with delectable light appetizers and incredible musical performances by Greylan James, Adam Doleac, Caroline Jones and Brett Young.
Location: Private Estate
PLEASE NOTE: This event will take place at a private location approximately 20 miles from The Westin Verasa. To maintain the privacy and integrity of the experience, all guests are required to take a designated shuttle from The Archer to the event site.
Plan to arrive to Napa in time to board your shuttle. There will be no parking available at the event location. Any guests who attempt to drive directly to the venue, including rideshare & private drivers, will be turned away at the gate. Shuttle transportation is mandatory for all attendees. Please reach out to your group lead or concierge should you need assistance.

7:30 PM - 10:00 PM:
Yellow Dinner
Top off your first night at LITVGC with intimate music, food and wine, featuring a private musical performances by Ben Gallaher and Lanie Gardner.
Transportation: 7:00 PM Yellow Group Shuttle pick up at the reception and will take you to your dinner and then to your hotel following the dinner.
WEDNESDAY, APRIL 23
11:00 AM - 1:30 PM:
Midday Tailgate
Our midday country tailgate event will feature electric performances by country stars Owen Riegling, Kashus Culpepper, Thelma & James, Laci Kaye Booth and Ashley Cooke along with exquisite wine pours from Louis M. Martini Winery and tasty afternoon bites.

Transportation: 10:30 AM Shuttle pick up at The Archer Hotel and will return to your hotel following the Tailgate.
The Uptown Theatre is a ticketed venue. Please bring your paper tickets with you.
7:30 PM - 11:00 PM: (6:30 PM DOORS)
Uptown Theatre Concert
Enjoy a magical evening of premiere country music, featuring performances by Bradley Gaskin, Preston Cooper, Ben Gallaher, CeCe, RaeLynn, Max McNown and Jordan Davis with concessions and a no-host bar available.
Transportation: 6:45 PM Meet concierge in the lobby as this event is walking distance from your hotel. Please remember to bring your paper tickets with you for the Uptown.
11:00 PM - 1:00 AM:
Late Night Party (optional)
Top off your evening at the Late Night Party with light bites, cocktails, and music by DJ Louie Giovanni for a classic after party!
Should you choose to attend the optional late-night event, you are welcome to take any Westin shuttle there. For your return, you may head back to your hotel at your leisure, as transportation will be on your own.
THURSDAY, APRIL 24
10:00 AM - 1:00 PM:
Send Off Brunch
A morning of music, food, and wine hosted at The Overlook outside The Cave at Shadybrook Estate, featuring wonderful musical performances by Alexandra Kay, Harper Grace, Stella Prince, and Allie Colleen to finish off an unforgettable week at Live In The Vineyard Goes Country! Guests will also enjoy a special conversation that will feature Linda Perry and Alisha Ballard of EqualizeHer, alongside Leslie Fram of FEMcountry.
Transportation: 9:45 AM Lithia Shuttle pick up at the Archer and will return to the hotel following the brunch.
NOTE: Please remember to check out of your hotel prior to leaving for the brunch unless you have made other arrangements.
